To support and accelerate collective and individual development, learning and enhanced performance, I deliver workshops and facilitate thinking spaces for teams and groups, giving participants the opportunity to share knowledge and generate original ideas, to connect and engage on a deeper level, to build new skills, capacities and attitudes, and to discover new approaches and strategies.
By creating a safe, inclusive environment for co-inquiry and dialogue, I aim for each workshop to be stimulating as well as practical and relevant, based on real challenges and learning needs, and aligned with longer-term objectives.
Informed and inspired by various disciplines, and blending theory with practical application, I draw on a range of methods, models and techniques from Design Thinking to Action Learning.
Recent workshop examples include: a facilitated inquiry and exploration into organisational purpose with a small group of senior executives; a series of targeted sessions on specific areas of leadership and personal development; and a workshop to build coaching skills.
