Development Workshops & Facilitation

In collaboration with my clients, I design, develop and deliver practical and engaging workshops with the aim to enable and inspire new ideas, solutions and perspectives, as well as build transformative leadership skills, capacities and mindsets. In addition, I create thinking spaces for teams and groups and facilitate dialogue and exchange, fostering inquiry, exploration and discovery as well as human connection and trustful relationships.

Workshops can be targeted sessions and structured programmes or else a series of open spaces for ideas-generation, experimentation and action-planning. I commonly draw on techniques, practices and input from a wide range of theories and disciplines, including Action Learning, Design Thinking, team coaching and teaching.

Recent projects have included facilitating a senior leadership team to discover and define its collective purpose, vision and values; a team of culturally diverse co-founders needing to build trust while clarifying their roles and tasks; and a cross-sector business group exploring how to implement the Inner Development Goals.
