As change partner and organisational coach, I work with consultancy teams to facilitate systemic transformational change in service of wider goals and improved performance. Offering a package of services, we support and guide organisations through processes of transition and evolution, helping develop and align their purpose, strategy, culture and leadership.
Bringing a systemic perspective and fresh eyes, we enable clients to notice their organisational blind spots and to shift unhelpful patterns of behaving, thinking and relating, in order to discover better ways of doing things. With associates, I help them engage and collaborate more effectively across the organisation and outside it with stakeholders.
With a growth mindset, I help co-create positive work environments in which the broader mission is served through leadership development, lifelong learning practices, and a coaching style of management and interaction. For this, I provide training in coaching skills and ongoing coaching and supervision. In addition, I guide and support the setting up and implementation of mentoring programmes.
