As a certified and experienced team coach, I provide trustful, supportive spaces for co-inquiry, reflection, dialogue, experimentation and action-planning where I guide the team towards their desired outcomes, tangible results, and greater alignment.
Through exploratory, semi-structured sessions that may combine coaching with facilitation, training and teaching, I enable the team to realistically face their challenges and obstacles to high performance, as well as their collective strengths, skills and resources. I help them gain clarity on their shared vision of success, their mission and strategy as well as roles and responsibilities.
In addition, I support and challenge the team to co-create a vibrant, values-led team culture in which the individual members can grow and learn both independently and as a team. Perhaps I might encourage them to tackle any communication issues, to manage conflict more creatively, and to build stronger relationships inside the team and with key stakeholders beyond it.
