Team & group coaching

A trained, qualified and experienced systemic team coach, I enable diverse teams to improve their collective performance, to learn and develop as a team, and to collaborate more effectively. As a team coach, I provide safe spaces for co-inquiry, reflection, dialogue, discovery and action-planning, guiding the team towards their defined outcomes and greater alignment and cohesion.

Through a series of exploratory yet structured sessions we might examine any emerging challenges and obstacles to high-performance. We might define the team’s mission, vision and strategy or identify roles, responsibilities and shared values. We could address communication issues and engagement with stakeholders, as well as ways to leverage creatively conflict and differences.

As an action learning facilitator-coach, I also provide group coaching for individuals who are not part of a real team together but have separate objectives and tasks, perhaps across an organisation, department or sector.
